Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant generation, cancellations are not possible once a worksheet generation request has been processed and credits deducted.
2. Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds for credits used to generate worksheets, as the service is consumed instantly. However, if you encounter a technical failure where credits were deducted but no usable worksheet was generated, please contact us for a resolution or credit reinstatement.
3. Plans, Credit Expiry and Renewals
Plans and credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Credits are valid for the period shown when you purchase and expire at the end of that period. Expired or unused credits are not refundable.
4. Shop Purchases
Shop products are digital and available for immediate download, so they are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a product is defective, does not match its description, or you were charged but could not access it, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you.
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged more than once, or charged without receiving your credits or product, email us with your payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
