Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products Only

LearnKrafter provides exclusively digital educational resources. No physical shipping is required for any purchase or activity on our platform, including plans, credit packs and shop products. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and no shipping charges apply.

2. Instant Download & Generation

Worksheets are available for instant download immediately after you click the "Generate" button. Once the system processes your request, the PDF file is generated and presented for download directly within your browser.

3. Plans, Credits and Shop Purchases

Credits from a plan or credit pack are added to your account once your payment is confirmed, normally within moments. Shop products become available to download from your account after payment confirmation. If a successful payment does not reflect in your account, please contact us with your payment details.

Credit calculation

Credits are calculated and deducted from your account balance at the specific moment the "Generate" button is pressed. Please ensure you have sufficient credits before initiating a generation request.

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with generating or downloading your worksheets after credits have been deducted, please contact our support team immediately at learnkrafter@gmail.com.
