1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and LearnKrafter ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website, web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LearnKrafter is a web-based platform that lets parents, teachers and educators generate customised, printable educational worksheets (for example Math, vocabulary, word search, crossword, coloring and more) using "builders". We also offer digital products in our shop. Available builders, features and pricing may change over time, and some features may be offered as beta or "coming soon".

3. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us promptly at learnkrafter@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. One person or organisation per account; do not share your account or sell access to it.

4. Credits, Plans and Payments

• Credits: generating a worksheet uses credits. The credits required depend on the builder and options you choose and are shown before you generate. Credits are deducted when you generate.
• Free credits: new accounts may receive a one-time allocation of free credits, and referral rewards may be offered. We may change or end these offers at any time.
• Referrals: referral rewards are paid when a person you refer signs up as a new user and completes a qualifying first purchase, subject to the minimum purchase and per-user limits shown in your account. Referrals that appear fraudulent or abusive (for example self-referrals, duplicate accounts or accounts sharing a network) may be reviewed, and we may withhold or reverse the rewards and suspend the accounts involved.
• Plans and validity: credits are added to your account when you purchase a plan or credit pack and are valid for the period shown at purchase. Credits expire at the end of that period and cannot be recovered or refunded. Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• No cash value: credits are not money, cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash, and remain subject to these Terms.
• Payments: prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you also agree to their terms. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute any part of the Service, its data or its content without our written permission, or access it through automated means.
• Upload malicious code or spam, or interfere with the Service, its security or other users' experience.
• Circumvent or abuse credit, plan, referral or free-offer limits, including by creating multiple accounts.
• Provide content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that includes personal information of children.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the text, words and images you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Intellectual Property and Worksheet Licence

The Service, including its design, software, templates, word lists, illustrations, logos and trademarks, belongs to LearnKrafter or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use worksheets you generate for personal, home and classroom use. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially distribute generated worksheets, or the underlying content, unless you hold a commercial licence from us.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use your information. By using the Service you acknowledge it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as payment processors and sign-in providers. We are not responsible for their services or policies, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, and may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Generated worksheets should be reviewed by you before classroom use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and unused or expired credits are not refundable except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or required by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have, the courts located in Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
